Course Objectives
I. Describe the bases of data modeling
II. Describe the use of relational databases with SQL applications
III. To understand the need and existing technology of NoSQL database models
IV. Provide information on how to create value from data existing in an enterprise
Course Description
Main concepts of relational databases and architecture, relational data model, data modelling, SQL (structured Query Language), data warehouse, ETL (extract, transform, load) tools, NoSQL databases, positioning NoSQL databases in organization, use cases, reports and visualization
