Course Objectives		Constructing confidence intervals for population parameter. Conducting parametric and nonparametric hypothesis tests. Estimating a regression equations for cross-section/time series data.
Course Description		It is a continuation of ISL 213E Statistics I course in fall term. It contains topics suc as finding confidence intervals testinf hypotheses, estimating the causal or not causal relationships between two or more variables.
