Course Objectives		1 - Provide system approach that every engineeer should acquire. 2 - Provide knowledge to students that helps to evaluate projects by handling all technical and managerial aspects of projects.
Course Description		Project Management is a multi-disciplinary activity, which aims to achieve the predetermined objectives under limited resource and time conditions. This course is designed to provide a system approach that includes almost all technical and managerial aspects of projects. Topics vary from creating new project ideas to project selection and evaluation, project organization, planning, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, auditing, and termination.
