Course Objectives This course aims to teach Management Engineering students the steps required to design a production facility to produce a product by bringing together space, materials, machinery and other equipment, human resources, energy, raw materials, and other requirements.
Course Description Formulation of the product and process requirements for an assigned product under specified constraints of cost, volume, space and determining logistics, layout, human resource requirements, equipment selection, plant design with operation and maintenance plans for a given product those are feasible to produce that product for the global markets.
