Course Objectives

1- To draw the basic legal framework that managers should know in business life.
2- To enable managers evaluate business problems, from a legal perspective.
3- To inform students about basic concepts of law of corporations and law of commercial papers.

Course Description

This course introduces students of management engineering to a general knowledge of law. It teaches basic principles of
constitutional law, law of obligations, civil law and commercial law.
