Course Objectives		The course’s aim is to teach the students social security rights and duties of employees, public servants and self-employed ones, arising from statutes, especially against from social risks such as illness, maternity, disability, unemployment, old-age and death
Course Description		Individuals’ protection against occupational accidents and diseases, illness, maternity, disability, death, unemployment and all other social risks is one of the principle duties of the state arising from the Constitution. State’s mechanisms of protection of its citizens under social security law is the scope of this course
