Course Description		Evolution of management thought, basic concepts and definition of management and organization, management as a profession, management schools/theories, management functions, the future perspectives on management.
Course Outcomes		Students who pass the course will be able to: I. Understand and know management and organization concepts and theories. II. Define managerial characteristics of an organization. III. Understand management functions. IV. Understand, evaluate and apply management principles.
