Course Objectives

1. To draw the basic legal framework that managers should know in business life.
2. To enable managers evaluate business problems, from a legal perspective.
3. To inform students about basic concepts of law of corporations and law of commercial papers

Course Description

This course introduces students of managerial engineering to a general knowledge of law. It teaches basic principles of constitutional law, law of obligations, civil law and commercial law.
