Course Objectives		Defining Variables in the Supply Chain Network, Management of Supply and Demand in the Supply Chain, Managing Flows in the Supply Chain, Performance measurement in the Supply Chain
Course Description		Understand basic supply chain management concepts, models and applications. Apply various decision models for effective decision making in supply chains with emphasis on demand forecasting, aggregate planning, inventory management (cycle and safety), supply network design, transportation, coordination and sourcing.
