Risk assessment and management on board. Personnel management, to apply managerial skills. Decision-making techniques. Situational awareness and communication. Navigating in different waterways by gained knowledge for; briefing of navigation (Planning), executing of navigation (execution) and de-briefing of navigation (Monitoring and Assessment) on the bridge simulators.
