GUV 101 - Seamanship I

Course Objectives

To teach to the students of the Maritime Faculty, who will work onboard merchant vessels after their graduation, as ocean-going deck officer, chief officer and master, seamanship knowledge, according to the STCW ‘78 Convention and STCW Code (as amended).

Course Description

Seamanship Course is 28 hours (14 x 2), one semester course which includes all necessary instructions according to the course objectives.
