Course Objectives
GMI 4901 and 4902 design courses; It includes applications for students to gain design experience from the selection of a suitable project to its completion by using the knowledge they have obtained in undergraduate education. The design of a ship machine, a system or a process is handled within the scope of open-ended projects, and with the help of teams formed among students, it is tried to solve the problem with ethical methods under realistic constraints or to produce alternative solutions. Obtained results and suggestions are effectively presented to a wide audience. The GMI 4901 course covers the stages of design to production or solution implementation.
Course Description
GMI 4901 and 4902 design courses; It includes applications for students to gain design experience from the selection of a suitable project to its completion by using the knowledge they have obtained in undergraduate education.
