MAK 203 - Dynamics

Course Objectives

1. To teach the basic concepts and principles of kinematics and kinetics.
2. To give the ability to form dynamics related mathematical models of engineering mechanisms.
3. To develop the abilities of performing dynamic analysis for the engineering applications.

Course Description

Fundamentals; kinematics in various coordinate systems,relative motion; equation of motion; principles of linear and angular impulse-momentum; principle of work-energy; kinematics and kinetics of particles and systems of particles, planar rigid bodies, 3-dimensional rigid bodies; Euler’s equations.
