Course Objectives		1. To develop an ability to solve problems related to mining engineering subjects by combining the knowledge learnt during mining engineering education, 2. To develop an ability to do literature survey, theoretical study and prepare solution methodologies (preparing a project proposal), 3. To develop an ability to prepare a technical report based on these studies.
Course Description		Preparation of a report including literature review, problem description, determination of the methods and parameters and if necessary a description report of the mine or mine related system(s).
Course Outcomes		The students who pass this course will be able to I. learn the steps to analyze a problem related to mining engineering in a large perspective. II. learn how to survey the literature to do a study. III. learn how to determine the problem, purpose and study methodology. IV. learn how to prepare a technical report on what he/she studied.
