Course Objectives
1. To learn fundamental numerical methods by theoretical and algorithmic ways
2. To earn qualifications of mathematical modeling and its numerical analysis
3. To analysis error of numerical methods
4. To examine and analysis experimental data as numerical data
Course Description
Mathematical background and error analysis. Root finding problems. Solution of linear systems. Curve fitting, interpolation and extrapolation. Finite difference methods. Eigenvalue and eigenvector calculations. Numerical differentiation. Numerical integration. Numerical solution of ordinary differential equations. Numerical solution of system of ordinary differential equations.
