Course Objectives
The objective of this lecture is to show industrial process in deeply. So the students get familiar to the many different kinds of industrial process before they graduate the chemistry department
Course Description
In this course, we mainly focus on; Green Engineering- Integration of Green Chemistry, Pollution prevention, and Risk-based Consideration, Wood and wood products, lignin separation and paper formation, Industrial Catalysis: Heterogenous and homogenous catalytic systems, Coal Technology for power liquid fuels and chemicals,
Nanotechnology: fundamental principles and applications, Soap, fatty acids and synthetic detergents, Petroleum and Its Products, Sulfur and Sulfuric acid, development of the Sulfur Industry, development of the Sulfuric Acid Industry, Rubber, synthetic and natural rubbers and their general properties, Salt, Chlor-Alkali and related heavy chemical, The chemistry of structural Adhesives, Epoxy, Urethane and Acrylic Adhesives, Pigments, Paints, Polymer coatings and printing inks, Synthetic Resins and Plastics
