Course Objectives

This course attempts to give an educated idea about the sociological and historical development of İstanbul. During that course, we will try to follow the traces of the hidden itineraries which help us to feel the exciting past of the city. We will see various types of buildings which have a significant relation with the life cycle of the city and we will learn about the lives of the people who have built those buildings.

Course Description

İstanbul sıradan "Bir şehir" değildir. İstanbul'da yaşamak bize sorumlulukar yükler. Bu derste yaşayan bir organizma olarak şehri- İstanbul'u tanırız.
