MAT 271 - Probability and Statistics

Course Objectives

To provide of required knowledge and methods to the students for the evaluation and interpretation of the statistical data, to provide of required knowledge and methods to the students for the evaluation and interpretation of probabilities, to provide the development of anaytical and criticismic idea of the students which are used in problem solving.

Course Description

Fundamentals of statistic and probabilities, distributions of probabilities, sampling theory, statistical estimations and hypothesis, student's T and Chi square distributions, regression and correlation.
