Course Objectives

1. Performing the general chemistry experiments in safety conditions.
2. To support the theoretical knowledge with experiments.
3. To supply basic experiment techniques and some device usage applications.
4. Preparing a scientific report as the outputs of experiments.
5. To make them understand the connection between the daily life and chemistry.

Course Description

Lab safety rules, fundamentals concepts in chemistry lab, measurement concept, chemical reactions, reactions in solution phase, gases, thermochemistry, chemical bonds and molecular geometry, solutions, acids and bases.
