Introduction to electrochemistry, history, conductivity, weak and strong electrolytes, Kohlrausch, Onsager, Arrhenius, Oswald's Laws, Debye Huckel's Law, activity, activity coefficient, ionic strength, contact potential, half-cell potential, electrode types, battery diagram, Galvanic battery, E0 , self-reaction, undesirable Galvanic battery; corrosion, Nernst equation, thermodynamic functions, electrochemical technique applications; potentiometry, EMF measurements; Galvanic and electrolytic battery difference, Keq (equilibrium constant), Ksp (solubility product constant), pH, activity constant, finding enthalpy and entropy of the battery from its temperature coefficient, potentiometric titration, conductometric titration, electrolytic battery, Faraday issue, industrial applications, number of transfers, overvoltage, voltametry (liner, cyclic), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), electrochemical synthesis and characterization of conductive polymers, corrosion measurement and protection techniques, corrosion; types, measurement and protection methods. capacitor, battery preparation and electrochemical characterization; fuel cell, solar cell, electrospinning method, electrochemical sensors and applications
