Course Objectives		To introduce disasters and resulted risks, phrases of emergency and disaster manegement, organization charts,coordination, planning
Course Description		In this course phrases of emergency and disaster management called as preparedness, mitigation, responce and recovery, coordination, planning, motivation, communication, disaster managers and management, disater excercises and trainings will be committed.
Course Outcomes		to be familiar with threats and risks, phrases of emergency management, features of disaster managers, coordination, planning, communication, motivation, victims and volunteers, activities needed for preparedness, mitigation and recovery; response, responce teams, incident commander, emergency operation center, organizational structure.
