Course Objectives Business Process Management, is a method that takes a holistic approach to create a model ways within the organization. It aims at uncovering, documenting, improving the processes that can be counted among the assets of BPM enterprises and making the steps automatic. BPM performance criteria related to financial issues that are crucial for the business are also revealed and the costs of the processes and performance monitoring processes of the persons can be easily done. BPM systems, which are accepted by the business community in pursuit of opportunities, aim to model fast, flexible, more affordable and business-friendly processes. Thus, controlling the processes, providing the business with a structure that allows the operator to standardize the way of doing business and to find out the missing aspects of the processes.
Course Description BPM (Business Process Management) is a discipline which aims to improve the efficiency of an organization by modeling and standardizing its core business processes. In this class, we describe and explain key BPM concepts and methodologies and outline how BPM software has evolved and continues to do so in response to BPM needs.
