Course Objectives		1. To help students understand the benefits of planning and scehduling in construction. 2. To introduce planning and scheduling techniques used in construction and improve skills for using these techniques. 3. To help students develop skills for using a planning and scheduling software package to apply planning techniques.
Course Description		Planning and scheduling, Creating a project, defining default values and calendars, Defining work breakdown structure and activities, Activity codes, Relations among activities, Activity details, Constraints & data import and export, Resource codes, Resource leveling, budget and cost estimation, Project updating, Project control and reporting
