Course Objectives
Land valuation, plan, parcel, real estate, etc. definitions and basic concepts of land management and their relations. Overview of real estate valuation and appraisal techniques.GIS operations and real estate valuation and calculation of unit value. Value production and presentation of maps. Perform spatial queries based on the value per unit area, and statistical considerations.
Course Description
Real Estate appraisal deals with land, property, and building involved in the changes in the market economy. In the valuation of land transactions per unit area there are many parameters that should be considered. So that many of spatial and non-spatial criteria must be analyzed in a positional context. Spatial data from different data sources can be provided with respect to an integrated process for the production of land valuation maps for large areas. The main functions of geographic information systems can provide such operations.
