Course Objectives		This course is designed to provide the students an overview of the medical informatics and how it relates to healthcare operations. This course introduces students to the procedures, tools, and techniques used in planning and managing medical informatics projects.
Course Description		A graduate student who has taken this course I. Describe the objectives of business processes II. To learn concepts and tools of business process III. Incorporate IT control activities and technologies into process models IV. Assess and advise on the effectiveness of business processes.
