Course Objectives 1. Teaching the fundamentals of programming with Python programming language
2. Designing games with Python
3. Teaching the data structures and algorithms that are necessary in computer games
Course Description Variables, Expressions, Statements, Conditionals, Iterations, Functions, Strings, Files, Lists, Dictionaries, Tuples, Regular expressions, Data visualization, Classes and Inheritance
Course Outcomes Students who pass the course will be able to:
1. Design and implement programs with Python
2. Design and implement algorithms that are appropriate for programming games
3. Get familiar with Python programming language
4. Know data structures and use appropriate data structures for programming games
5. Gain expertise in daily programming techniques
