Course Objectives To introduce the basic concepts of the solutions of the ordinary differential equations and systems
To teach various numerical methods to solve ordinary differential equations.
To teach the general error analysis of various numerical methods.
Course Description Classifies ordinary differential equations with respect to their certain properties, examine stability and convergence of the ordinary differential equations,
Solves ordinary differential equations numerically by using one-step methods,
Solves ordinary differential equations numerically by using multi-step methods,
Solves systems of equations;
Solves stiff differential equations;
Solves differential algebraic equations.
Solves two-point boundary value problems
