Course Description		Conflict, claim and dispute concepts. Dispute causes and categories in construction projects. Prevention of disputes. Formulation and presentation of claims. Dispute resolution methods. A comparative analysis of construction dispute resolution in the US, EU, UK and Turkey. Dispute analysis and dispute resolution method selection. Claim and dispute resolution processes in international construction contracts and international dispute resolution institutions. Case Studies: Formulation of Claims & Dispute Resolution.
