Course Description		Geometric Modeling, Solid Modeling, Parametric Modeling, Geometric Modeling Kernels, Feature Concepts and Validation, Feature Creation Techniques, Features in Design, Features in Manufacturing, Design-by-Features Techniques, Feature-Based Process Planning, Future CAD/CAM Technologies.
Course Outcomes		Students who have completed this course will learn about: 1. Parametric modeling concept 2. Feature concept in modeling 3. Feature-based CAD program implementation using geometric kernels 4. Feature-based design 5. Feature-based manufacturing 6. Feature-based process planning
