Course Objectives		The customs union decision between EU and Turkey and also the increase in the trade relationship with other EU countries has leaded Turkey into a high competitive world. In order to be able to survive in this competitive era, the new environment has forced Turkey to improve products, learn, implement and improve quality in the fastest and most effective and efficient way. Quality Management Systems standards are helping the managers to gain a world class competitive weapon within its industry.
Course Description		Quality Management Systems Concept, Quality Management System Principles and Requirement; Quality Management System Documentation; ISO 9000:1994 Quality Assurance System; ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management System, ISO 9000:2008 Quality Management System Characteristics, Practices and Differences; ISO 14001 Environmental Quality Management System; HACCP Quality Management System; TS 18001 OHSAS Work Health and Assurance Management System; TS 13001 Hazard Analysis and Critical Points Management System; SA 8000 Social Responsibility Management System; ISO 16949 and ISO 13485 Quality Management System Standards; CE certificate. Case studies of real life examples will be supporting each quality management system.
