Course Objectives
* To introduce basics and foundations of optimization
* To introduce linear and convex optimization methods
* To model and solve problems related to communication systems using these methods

Eniyilemenin temelleri, doğrusal programlama, simplex yöntemi ve iki fazlı biçimi, iç nokta yöntemleri, dualite, kısıtsız eniyileme, eniyileme için birinci ve ikinci mertebe gerekli şartlar, ikinci derece eniyileme ve matris tanımlılığı, içbükey eniyileme, Karush-Kuhn-Tucker koşulları, Buluşsal ve arama yöntemleri
