Course Objectives		The students will learn the engineering economics knowledge and be able to use these knowledge
Course Description		Interest, the time value of money, inflation, taxes; annual compounding, algebraic relationships and solution procedures, discrete and periodic compounding, continuous compounding, equivalence, capital budgeting, net present value analysis, internal rate of return analysis, payback period analysis, benefit-cost ratio analysis, choosing among investment alternatives, equipment replacement and retirement, depreciation dealing with uncertainty
