Course Objectives
1. To help students understand the importance of leagility in construction project management and its implementation to construction project management
2. To develop management skills related with construction project management
3. To enable them to integrate their management and the engineering skills related with construction project management
Course Description
Analysis of the stakeholders and the construction environment; principles of lean construction and agility in construction project management; analysis of supply chain in construction project management with regard to the decoupling point and value management; sustainability and leagility in construction projects; resource management in construction projects based on leagility principles.
Course Outcomes
Ph.D. students who successfully pass this course gain knowledge, skill and competency in the following subjects;
1. Understand the importance of leagility in construction project management
2. Understand the principles of leagility in construction project management
3. Understand important topics related with leagility in construction project management
4. Understand important success factors related with the application of leagility in the construction project management
