Definition of land development process, using of urban land acquisition methods in land development process at the international framework, using of urban land acquisition methods in land development process in Turkey, land readjustment, voluntary method, expropriation, barter, purchase, building contracts, etc., the development of urban land by publicly or privately initiative, the examinition of cases.
