Course Objectives		Vision development upon the real estate industry Introduction to and adoption of strategic planning concept. Introduction of product, competition and sustainability concepts.
Course Description		The course endeavours, with a view of introduction into the real estate development world, to discuss the development process, its stakeholders and a strategic approach to its planning. The latter receives a special attention while various products are discussed in an industry-independent context, with emphasis on the planning of competitive edge.
