Course Objectives		1. To gain knowledge of different project delivery systems 2. To gain knowledge the main functions of owners project manager and contractors project manager
Course Description		Project delivery systems, traditional, construction management and design-build project delivery systems, the main duties of owners project manager, cost, time management and contract administration duties, contractor’s home office and site organization, contractors project managers duties, cost, time, material, equipment, personnel, subcontractor management duties.
Course Outcomes		Graduate students who successfully pass this course gain the following knowledge, skills and proficiencies I. Project processes, participants, duties and responsibilities of the participants and contracts in project delivery systems II. Knowledge of the contract models that can be used in project delivery systems III. Choosing of the right project delivery system IV. Knowledge of the main functions of owners project manager and contractors project manager
