Course Description
Course Outcomes Graduate students who successfully pass this course gain the following knowledge, skills and proficiencies
I. Knowledge on characteristics, life-cycle and project management processes of construction projects
II. Knowledge on project time management processes of construction projects
III. Knowledge on planning itself and planning tools and techniques of construction projects
IV. Knowledge on programming (scheduling) itself and programming tools and techniques of construction projects
V. Skill of preparing the schedule of a construction project
