Course Objectives		1. To introduce basic terms and principles related with technology and innovation management 2. To develop an awareness on importance of technology and innovation management in maritime industry 3. To teach the basic skills necessary to construct a technology and innovation management system for a maritime industry firms. 4. To develop a conceptual framework for assessing and auditing the technology and innovation capabilities of maritime industry firms.
Course Description		Basic terms of Technology and Innovation Management; The Importance of Technology and Innovation Management in Strategic Management Processes of Maritime Industry; Development of Technology and Innovation Management Strategy for Maritime Industry; Integration of Technology and Innovation Management with Maritime Industry Strategic Management Processes; Analysis and Development of Technology and Innovation Management Approaches of Low, Medium and High Tech Organizations in Maritime Industry
Course Outcomes		I. Be able to define basic terms and principles related to technology and innovation. II. Be able to understand the standing and importance of technology and innovation management in critical processes of maritime industry. III. Be able to ascertain technology and innovation management necessities of maritime industry. IV.
