Course Objectives 1. Evaluating architectural form with material and performance constraints.
2. Generating creative design solutions, by evaluating design and fabrication parameters integrally.
3. Receiving feedback from performance simulation results during conceptual design phase, by providing efficiency in architectural design process.
4. Integrating different types of performance requirements, such as environmental, structural and social performances with building systems and internalizing critical parameters.
Course Description The use of digital design and fabrication methods as a reflection of technology into architecture, re-interpreting traditional architectural design processes, evaluating form, material and performance integrally in the conceptual design phase, computation and design synthesis
Course Outcomes 1. Solving architectural design problems, by evaluating different types of parameters integrally.
2. Applying his/her knowledge and skills in interdisciplinary fields, by creating new information.
3. Using technology for problem solving and design applications.
4. Generating life comfort and transfering this knowledge into sustainable design studies.
5. Researching, interpreting existing knowledge and internalizing it.
