Course Objectives
It is prepared for students with postgraduate knowledge in the fields of nanoscience and nanoengineering and covers the main techniques used in the characterization of nanoscale materials and structures.
Course Description
To provide students with postgraduate knowledge in the field of nanoscience and nanoengineering with information on the main techniques used in the characterization of materials and structures at the nanoscale.
Course Outcomes
To ensure that students understand the basic characterization techniques used to determine the properties of materials and structures at the nanoscale.
• To teach students the principles, applications, advantages and limitations of these techniques.
• To develop students' data analysis and interpretation skills using different characterization techniques.
• To inform students about current research and applications in the field of nano characterization.
