Course Objectives

1. To teach mathematical research methods
2. To teach types of mathematical publications (thesis, article, report, etc)
3. To teach ethical rules about mathematical research and publications
4. To teach effective communication of students' own work in written, oral and visual media.

Course Description

Mathematical research; literature analysis; research design; writing techniques for theses, projects and research articles; ethical guidelines in mathematical writing, publication and citation; presentations.
