JEO 555E - Evaluation of Groundwaters

Course Objectives

Within the scope of this course, it is aimed to determine and evaluate the status of aquifers in terms of quantity and quality at the basin scale and to produce solutions for the problems that may be encountered in groundwater productions.

Course Description

Within the scope of the course; preparation of groundwater water budgets, hydrogeological and hydrogeochemical characterization of aquifer units, evaluation of groundwater quality and identification of contaminant sources and preparation of hydrogeological survey reports are covered.
