Course Objectives

1.To give basic tools and methods in portfolio management for students to solve problems faced in various investment environments and conditions

2.To describe the modern portfolio management techniques that can be applied in different investment possibilities

3.Show how to value a company which is listed in the stock exchange

Course Description

This course is designed to give students a comprehensive knowledge about financial assets and portfolio management. Accordingly, after a general introduction of financial assets and markets in which these assets are traded, the relation between risk and return and some models and strategies used in asset valuation portfolio management are shown.
