Course Objectives
To gain knowledge about nanoscience and nanochemistry concepts in terms of theoretical and practical aspects, approximation of nanostructured, subdivisions and their classification to Master or ph Degree students, to teach the different synthesis methods about nanostructured which serves various objectives, to give an opinion about analysis techniques based on different principles for the characterization of nanostructured, to give detailed examples related to nanostructured in different application areas.
Course Description
The scope, importance and theory of nanoscience and nanochemistry, thermodynamics of nanoparticles, classification of nanostructured, properties of nanostructured materials, preparation of nanostructured materials via physical and chemical methods, techniques used in the characterization of nanomaterials, applications of nanostructured materials.
Course Outcomes
To gain a point of view about nanoscience and nanochemistry, to be familiar with the chemistry and thermodynamics of nanostructured, subdivisions and classification, to get nformation about some physical and chemical properties of nanostructured, to know different methods on the synthesis of nanostructure which serves a variety of purposes, to have a brief theoretical knowledge about different techniques for the characterization of nanostructured, to have an opinion about different application areas of nanostructured materials.
