Course Objectives

Teach the fundamentals of adsorption and ion exchange processes including their components, equilibria, kinetics, breakthrough analysis, starting including the common concepts of the two processes as well as their differences.
? Establish the methodology to generate data of one’s own
? Teach the practice of physical/chemical adsorption systems concentrating upon activated carbon adsorption
