Course Objectives
1. How can decide and start a new research project?
2. How can planning and organizing a new research project?
3. To teach safety experimentation and laboratory safety regulation.
4. To teach Macro and Micro scales research techniques.
5. To teach several techniques of separation and purification.
Course Description
The initiation technics of scientific research. Investigation of classic and modern abstracts. The warning subjects of laboratory studies, Identification and searching of chemical compounds, Principals and rules of laboratory. Macro and Micro research techniques, Purification Techniques , Heating and Cooling Techniques, Extraction techniques . The Selection of Experimental Apparatus, The Experimental techniques of Ambient Temperature, The Experimental Systems under High and Low Pressure, The Experimental Systems under Inert Atmosphere. Short review of chromatograpy methods. The Importans of spectroscopic methods. Report writting.
Course Outcomes
Students who successfully pass this course gain knowledge, skills and competency in the following subjects;

III. To know how can do it Macro and microscale research project.
IV. Usage and applications of different separation techniques
V. Usage and applications of different purification techniques
VI. To know and apply , all structural analysis techniques in chemistry.
