Course Objectives
1 To provide students with self-awareness.
2 To introduce the concepts and theories of organizational psychology and behavior.
Course Description
Introduction to maritime psychology, cognitive ability, seafarer job performance evaluation and feedback, team phenomenon and management in maritime life, individual and team training, motivation, communication and conflict management in organizations, organizational change and development, anti-goal behaviors in the work environment, psychological violence, human-machine interaction, prevention of man-made marine accidents, leadership in organizations.
