Course Description		Introduction to Production System Design; Lead Times and Variability; Analysis of Production Systems by Simulation; Design of Pull Production Control Systems; Design of Pull Production Control Systems; Robust Design of Production Systems; Team Oriented Design of Mixed Model Assembly Systems; Lean Office System and Design of Office Cells; Knowledge Management System Design at Lean Conversion.
