Course Objectives

1. Explaining the importance of the human dimension of organizations
2. Explaining the research techniques and tools which are used for the management of human.
3. Explaining concepts and measurement methods for the management of human.

Course Description

Introduction to human management. Tools and techniques for studying organizational behavior. Motivation theories and measurement of motivation. Work stress, management of stress and measurement of stress. Group and team behavior, and measurement of team competencies. Conflict and negotiation management, and measurement of management competence in conflict and negotiation. Leadership and measurement of leadership competencies. Communication and measurement of communication competencies. Measurement in Human Resource Management. Organizational culture and measurement of organizational culture. Organizational change and measurement of managing change competencies.
