Course Objectives
1. To define the mechanisms about creating space 2. To define problems and dynamics in creating space 3. To investigate urban applications, decision-making processes and implementation tools. 4. To question the role of city players in urban applications by responding “what was targeted? what was achieved?”
Course Description
City players and city; Significant players for creating urban space; Missions and authority; local government; Central government; Governership and related authorities; Approach of actors and regulation; Activities; Application fields and methods; Experiences of players; Problems; dynamics; suggestions.
Course Outcomes
Graduate students who successfully pass this course gain the following knowledge, skills and proficiencies
